Starting April 15th, access to the Heaven Eden section will only be available for guests who have booked the Heaven Eden adult only section. This includes access to Eden Pool, Eden Beach and restaurants. The only exception will be for HOF and Chairman Legendary members who can arrange access to Heaven Eden through their butlers. Please note, ANY adult from either side, Heaven or Hacienda, have access to WAI, UMO and Faro, all located inside the new Heaven Eden section, for dinner only. Guests who will stay at the Heaven Eden side will be identified with specific bracelets. There will be signage throughout the perimeter to guide the guests.

The Eden pool offers walk in cabanas with full service and swim ups. For dinner, take a walk to Umo, where you can experience traditional Mexican Yucatan cuisine. There is also Wai, which gives a modern twist on Thai flavors and if you’re in the mood for a little bit of everything, our brand new self-serve restaurant, Faro, offers vast and delicious options from all over the globe. Wind down at Arribo Bar where you can have specialty jigger + shaker drinks
