Starting April 15th, access to the Heaven section will only be available for guests who have booked the Heaven adult only section. This includes access to Eden Pool, Eden Beach and restaurants. The only exception will be for HOF and Chairman Legendary members who can arrange access to Heaven through their butlers.

Note, ANY adult from either side, Heaven or Hacienda, have access to WAI and UMO for dinner only. FARO, opens only for breakfast and lunch making it exclusive for guests staying at Heaven Adults Only, HOF and CHAIRMAN members. Please, arrange reservations through your butlers or with the Members Experience area.

Guests who will stay at the Heaven side will be identified with specific bracelets. There will be signage throughout the perimeter to guide the guests.
